Vegan Treat to Start the Week: Annie's Bunny Cereal

I polished off a box of Annie's Cocoa and Vanilla Bunnies Cereal last night. Very yummy. Great for breakfast or as a snack or a midnight treat. I've tried it with plain soy milk, vanilla soy milk, and just as a munchy -- all very satisfying. Annie's makes five bunny cereal varieties. All are vegan except for the Honey Bunnies.

Find them all here. I got mine two for five dollars at Whole Foods a few weeks ago. Having polished off the Cocoa and Vanilla, it's onto the Fruity Bunnies.

Fruity Bunnies are definitely a treat -- as opposed to something you'd eat every day -- but I was happy I had them on hand when my nephew visited. An avowed omnivore and junk food junkie, he loved them!
