I really enjoy the soft, petal-like cut-outs and bow-like tie at the neckline of Nanette Lepore's "Needin' Me" top (pictured left), which is on sale via Nordstrom. The top is made from rayon, polyamide, and elastane. Though the downward pointing cut-out might be a bit low for some, I think that can be easily remedied by wearing a cami underneath. And the top is great for work-to-evening transition and will add a splash of color to a black or grey suit. The top comes in the pictured red ("crimson") and "antique ivory," an off-white. Originally $195, it is on sale for $116.90 (40% off), and, as of posting, is available in both colors in all sizes.Find the top here.
